Stats
Height: 6’3
Weight: 210
High school: Borah High School (Boise, ID)
How’d he get to The Blue™?
The Swiss army knife carved his name into Boise sports lore with an illustrious high school career that included Gatorade Player of the Year honors in multiple sports. After a childhood of watching Kellen Moore, he made his choice to stay in the City of Trees.
Nickname
“The Flash”
You really can’t beat the name he already has, but if I had to, The Flash seems apt.
Look-alike

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it and Owen Wilson is that guy. The only thing holding Austin back from resembling the voice of Lightning McQueen is a couple errant targeting calls against him, specifically in the nose area.

2024 Prospectus
It’s quite literally a make it or break it year for Austin (okay I think he has the Covid year actually). The receiver room could go a lot of ways this fall, some where Austin is a bona-fide superstar, and some where he’s more of a gadget/utility player. That said, Austin picked up some serious steam at the end of the year, and Koetter had high praise for him in the spring. It’s hard for me to tell, but my fan glasses say this is the breakout year we’ve been waiting for from him.
Is he on Twitter?
He is @Austin_Bolt32. Not much of a tweeter, but he’s picking up steam on the retweeting game!
Completely made up fact
A few months ago, Austin reconnected with his distant cousin, Usain. While media weren’t allowed at the meeting, Usain Bolt did tell reporters that Austin was able to give him helpful advice on “how to run faster”. Cool of Austin to be a helpful guy like that!

I’ve been waiting to see him run a few deep routes and leave defenders in the dust! I’m hoping this is that year!! I wouldn’t mind a few kick return TD’s either…
I think we’ve all been waiting for this guy to blossom. Injuries did not help. I think they wasted some time in his development thinking he’d be best at tight end.
