Ben made his money (proverbial, not NIL) as a top recruit in Nevada while also doing a lil bit of wrestling on the side, garnering a state chip his Junior year. He shunned a host of offers to make Boise his new home. Good for him honestly. (But also, like, good for us)

Look-alike
Was Ben English in another life? Perhaps. All I know is that Simon Pegg was NOT a National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society inductee, unlike Mr. Dooley.
Career Highlights
While racking up academic awards, Ben has also been doing plenty on the football side of things. He started all 10 games he was healthy for, helping lead us 15th ranked rushing attack and 13th ranked pass protection unit. Will be a key cog in 2024.
2024 Prospectus
Prospectus is that we need this man healthy. With this man and the rest of the line around, Jeanty may hit the trillion mark on the ground this season. Mr. Dooley is the veteran leader on this O-line that will be foundational to the success of this upcoming year.

Completely made up fact
Much like Samson of The Bible™, Ben gets his powers from two main founts: not using Twitter, and not shaving his beard. The first is fairly self-explanatory, but I’m told the second is due to stacking the effect of No-Shave November.
Dooley…we are counting on him. Jeanty is a beast, yet this beast needs some help. If our veteran line can gel and get nasty early (and I so hope they figure it out in Oregon) then the O might be a beautiful piece of work.
