Exciting Facts and Such

1. Well, that sucked

I don’t think any fan will ever want to think about what has happened on the road in the past 2 trips ever again. After a devastating blown lead in the spectrum, we saw the absolute worst this team can offer against the Lobos in The Pit. The team shot a staggering 5-24 from 3-point range and turned the ball over 17 times; we should hope to never see that version of this team for the rest of the year.

2. Resume Watch

It’s looking bleak—very bleak for our at-large chances in this tournament. We have not taken advantage of any of our recent opportunities in San Diego State, Utah State, or New Mexico, and now we are likely going to have to be perfect, or at least close to perfect, to reach that at-large bid.

3. The Good Times

Omar had 17 and 11 against the Rams a year ago, perhaps he could reprise such a performance?

Keys to Victory

Whatever we did in Albuquerque, do not do that again

Literally, anything else would be better.

Hit our shots and have productive possessions

Shooting 43.9% while turning over the ball 17 times isn’t going to cut it; we need to put the ball in the basket more often when we get the chance.

Score prediction

I know this article hasn’t exactly been positive, but that’s because we all expect better from a team this talented, and I think we do get what we expect in this one.

Boise State 77, Colorado State 72
