Darius Curry, QB

Not to be one-upped by us, CSU is trotting out their third-string QB tonight. He was efficient in a close matchup with New Mexico a week ago, so his play will certainly dictate the comfort level of this one.

Jace Bellah, DB

I guess I’m not sure if we’ll be throwing all too much, but Bellah has 4 picks to go with him being 5th on the team in tackles. Should we venture to go to the air in the month of November, Bellah will be worth our offensive consideration.

Offense

Well, Colorado State isn’t good at running, passing, getting quality drives, scoring on those drives, or converting 3rd/4th downs. Theoretically good news for the folks at home, although these days it feels like anything can happen. Boise State, after another week of getting run over on defense finds that teams run on us more than just about anyone, and are good at it.

Defense

Colorado State struggles at stopping the run and the pass as well as getting stops on 3/4th down. I imagine Riley will see *lots* of touches tonight.

I don’t know what I’m still holding onto at this point, but we should be fine, right? Cutforth might not throw 10 passes, but the Rams should be bad enough that we can get away with it.
