A relatively new addition, Mr. Jamerson comes to Boise from TCU. He was a three-star recruit out of high school and the no. 67 athlete nationally and the no. 132 overall recruit in Texas. Out of high school he had offers from Houston, Kansas State, Louisville, Oregon State, and Washington (among others).

Career Highlights
Jamerson redshirted while at TCU so nothing in a college uniform, yet. But he did have an INT, two forced fumbles, a PBU, and seven solo tackles as a senior in high school.
2026 Prospectus
While anything can happen, the most tenured defensive backs (with the cornerback designation) on the roster are Jaden Mickey, Sherrod Smith, Franklyn Johnson, and Demetrius Freeney. All four athletes have double-digit games under their belts. Jamerson is going to have to try and break through. Which would be a good thing. As it stands, he’s got the makings of solid rotational player and contribute some solid snaps heading into the season.

Participating in the Dave’s Hot Chicken Reaper challenge, Jamerson can take down TWO tenders without breaking a literal sweat. Which is a big deal cause they make you sign additional waivers when you get more than one tender.
Guys who come here are not looking for a pass. You know, a step down from P4 to get some playing time. They know the competition may be tougher here than where they came from. The culture on The Blue is that if you work hard and perform, you play. And getting a chance to go to the playoffs is better here than at any other G6 program and most of the P4 programs.
