We are now Dallas Dobbs‘ jersey number away from the season, which means the countdown is almost half over and I am freaking out, man!

Stats

Height: 6-3

Weight: 227 lbs

High school: Corner Canyon HS, Holladay, Utah

How’d he get to The Blueâ„¢?

A three star recruit and apparently the 4th best EDGE coming out of the state, Roman’s stats after three years on varsity totaled 92 tackles (25 for a loss), 11.5 sacks, two passes defended, two fumble recoveries, and two blocked field goals. Jabril Frazier was his primary recruiter. He opted for Boise State over Washington State and Nevada.

Nickname

“Augustus”

Dunkirk and Banshees of Inisherin actor, Barry Keoghan. I would also accept arguments for actor, Jeremy Allen White.

Career Highlights

As a true freshman, he so far has none at the college level. You can, however, view his high school highlights here.

2024 Prospectus

Honestly, probably what it brings for most true freshmen. He’s likely going have the benefit of building his body in an FBS level strength training program for his redshirt year while getting into up to 4 games (to preserve that redshirt year) and get some experience. In all likelihood, brightest days as a Bronco will be after 2024.

Is he on Twix.com?

Yip. Good taste in pinned Tweets too.

Completely made up fact

Roman lived in Utah and then had to stick with the non-forested part when relocating to Idaho because he has deep, repressed, ancestral memories of the devastation suffered by the Romans at The Battle of Teutoburg Forest
