The word on the street is that Max is sitting at #3 in the QB room. I think that’s probably farther ahead than people expected, so maybe there’s more surprises coming from Mr. Cutforth. However, given the current QB room turmoil of the last couple years, I will refrain from speculating further.

Recently, I was checking a couple of so-called “informed” college football sites, I don’t know what they’ve been hearing, drinking, or smoking. All summer they’ve had Nelson as #1 on the Boise State depth chart. I’m an average Bronco fan and have heard nothing from anywhere in all of Broncodom that would lead anyone to believe that anybody other than Madsen was #1.
