It’s hard to say, as there is very little information able to be found out there. It appears that he joined the roster as a walk-on in 2022, after fielding interest from some smaller schools.

Career Highlights

Minimal at the college level, so far. He got into two games last year–no stats recorded–but his high school exploits can be viewed here. By the looks of it, he actually has a fair amount of talent at run-blocking as well. Clydesdale package, perhaps??

2025 Prospectus

Spencer will likely serve as a special teams contributor and a reserve this season. He will likely make it into more games and continue to grow his experience level.

Completely made up fact

Spencer gained 14 lbs this offseason. He also added 11lbs the previous one. Currently, he’s doing it to be a more effective defensive lineman. But, it’s been such a delicious journey that he has no plans to stop after his playing days conclude. He has the ambitious goal of reaching the same mass as the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man from Ghostbusters 2 by retirement age. Best of luck, sir!
