Stats

Height: 6’2

Weight: 182

High school: Menlo-Atherton HS (East Palo Alto, CA)

How’d he get to The Blueâ„¢?

A’Marion McCoy.

I think the quote that’s going around today is “living with your best friend, it’s like a sleepover that never ends”. Him and A’Marion are cousins, act like brothers, and they might be shoring up our secondary together this season. There was that whole recruiting thing after portaled from Cal, but I think family is the name of the game here.

Nickname

“J-Easy”

Not to be confused with the up-and-coming rapper with 720+ Youtube subscribers, Jeremiah plans on making coverage look easy this year.

Look-alike

Next generation of Broncos meets next gen Star Wars (although I guess it’s just past Star Wars now) with Jon Boyega. Although this time I’m pretty sure Earby is a Jedi for real this time.

Career Highlights

Played in both his Freshman and Sophomore seasons at Cal for 10 total starts in 24 games. Amassed 62 tackles, 19 PBUs, and 2 Ints (one TD). Looks pretty good to me, and he can only get better.

2024 Prospectus

Big big things. Take Twitter rumors and training camp takes with a grain of salt, but this man has been turning heads (I mean literally, he’s been getting some interceptions). Even with softened expectations, it seems fair to say the DB room will look different this year, and Earby will be a part of that.

Is he on Twitter?

He is, @JEarby_7. Does pull out a solo tweet from time to time.

Completely made up fact

Coming to Boise actually aligns perfectly with Earby’s 5-year plan. He discovered Boise in high school thanks to a Wu-Tang Clan generator website (Not unlike Childish Gambino), and planned to send his cousin here while he spent two years biding his time at Cal. Go figure!
