After a week and change of linemen, we now present you a week and change of wide receivers! Presenting Mr. Day 89:

#89, AJ Logan, FR, WR

Stats

Height: 5’9

Weight: 190

High school: Mount Miguel HS (Spring Valley, CA)

How’d he get to The Blue™?

AJ had quite the offer list coming out of Spring Valley, CA. Arizona, Arizona State, Arkansas, and Cal all sent out offers, but AJ wanted to play for a serious playoff contender. When the Broncos made their offer last March, it only took a week for him to make the right choice.

Nickname

“Wolverine”

Now I was about to say this technically doesn’t work because Logan is Wolverine’s first name in the comics, but my sources are now telling me Logan is actually an alias which is the last name of his birth father, so it does work.

Look-alike

Maybe the beard is influencing me too much here, but it’s gotta be Jaylen Brown no?

Career Highlights

No one talks about how hard it is as a recruit with a common name. How do people find your highlight videos? Probably why I didn’t get recruited (that and the fact that I wasn’t very good).

2026 Prospectus

Wide receivers rarely work themselves into the starting rotation freshman year, but it’s not unreasonable to see them make some cameos in special packages and gadget plays. Would be cool to see him there or even on special teams. At this point anything is on the table, but likely not a make-or-break player in 2026.

Is he on Twitter?

Yes he is! Mostly a retweeter, but he’s got a nice photo signing an autograph for a kid which is always appreciated. @aj_logan5

Completely made up fact

AJ is a big Canva Pro guy. Second only to his crafty route-running, his ability to put together elite event invitations has left a significant impression on the team. Side note—what do you guys think about sponsored CompletelyMadeUpFacts?
