How’d he get to The Blue™?
The former 3 star recruit calls St. George (Utah) hometown, but really got attention once he moved to Las Vegas powerhouse Bishop Gordon. There, he started both ways as the school battered every other school in the state. He had a host of offers including Fresno State, Arizona State, Iowa State, Utah, Washington State, Arkansas, and Baylor. He went with the only big time school in that list, ultimately signing with Boise State.

2026 Prospectus
It’s great news that Taufa’s already gotten a few games under his belt in his freshman campaign. If things go well, we could see him as a rotational piece this season, which is great because you can never have enough OL depth.
