So, citing no particular reason, we are elevating Mr. Hunter Streacker from #46 to today!

Regardless of route, the 2-star WR walked on from Rocky Mountain HS, joining the Broncos this season. Could he big the next local kid to make it big? That would be cool!

It appears Hunter already holds the team record for cheekbone workouts, and it has turned him into a physical manifestation of the Giga Chad meme.

2024 Prospectus

The wide receiver position at Boise State is absolutely stacked right now in a way that–on paper–I can’t recall since the Titus Young/Austin Pettis days. On the bright side for Steacker, he’s young and a lot of that talent will be naturally moving on before his time is up. So, I’m sure he’ll have his chances in the future. That said, it seems he’s destined to add another year of developing his game from a depth role in 2024.

Hunter is literally a hunter, but he’s also a purist. As such, he spurns the use of mechanical aids to down his prey. Instead, he concurrently practices his WR and track skills to rush to flushed birds before they have a chance to escape his exceptionally soft (but equivalently fast) hands and impressive vertical leap.
