The Broncos have dug themselves into an impossible hole to dig out. Sure the conference championship is a goal but so is national recognition. Unfortunately last Saturday it was the wrong kind of recognition. Personally, just a solid win would be good, or should I say just a win, The Broncos have every reason to bloody somebody’s nose. The Broncos have, once again, dug themselves an 0-1 hole. Andy is a good man and a good coordinator – he does not seem to be a top-level head coach. Our receiving corps seriously underperformed, and our DBs got exposed. HOWEVER, even with all of this going against them, a win on Saturday, a win over Memphis, and a Mtn. West championship are not unattainable. And, if we were to win out and go 11-1 (or drop another in-conference and go 10-2), our national reputation will be just fine.
